How we got here
From one building to many
CafeVia was founded in Los Angeles with a single machine in a mid-rise apartment building in the San Fernando Valley. The idea was straightforward: use the same AI-powered grab-and-go technology found in airports and offices, and bring it to where people actually live.
The response from residents was immediate. Within weeks, the machine was restocking twice as fast as expected. Property managers started asking when they could get one. We realized the demand wasn't a fluke — it was a gap that had never been filled.
Today CafeVia operates machines across the greater Los Angeles area, with new properties coming online every month. Every machine is owned, stocked, and serviced by us — so buildings get a standout amenity and residents get the convenience they've always wanted.
